I think you are using a stereotypical view on vandalism. You must realise that not all graffiti is considered bad, and that sometimes it can also be deemed to be artistic. You insinuate that only working class partake in such acts in areas considered scum. Surely not. Vandalism takes place all over, only sometimes, its considered art.
